We offer a 1-day replacement policy. If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item, simply raise a return request within 1 day of delivery with an unboxing video as proof. Replacements are issued only after inspection, and items must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging.
Please note, returns are not accepted for size, quality, or personal preference issues, and any customer-caused damage or washed items will not qualify. Approved returns are credited as a gift card/discount code in your Prartham wallet (not bank/UPI). A ₹100 fee applies for size-related returns.
For COD orders, refunds for failed deliveries are added to your wallet after deducting shipping fees. Refunds to bank/UPI are only made in exceptional cases like extreme delivery delays or repeated incorrect items.
